Her career spans leadership roles at Primetrics in Singapore, Biocon, Advinus Therapeutics (a TATA Enterprise), and Aurigene Discovery Technologies, where she built deep expertise in early drug discovery, GLP services, market research, proposal development, and cross-border business growth. She has represented organizations at key global partnering conferences including BioEurope and the BIO International Convention, strengthening networks across the US, EU, and Asian markets.
