About Harsha
Dr. Harsha Doddihal is a patient-centric clinical researcher and board-certified Radiation Oncologist with over 15 years of experience across oncology, immunology, and global clinical development. He brings a rare combination of clinical practice, translational insight, and strategic drug development expertise, with a clear focus on improving patient outcomes.
As Global Clinical Lead for Prostate Cancer Therapeutics at Telix Pharmaceuticals, he leads clinical strategy and advances radioligand therapy programs. His role includes end-to-end clinical development, from trial design to generating data packages aligned with global regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Previously, at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, he led oncology clinical development programs, including bispecific and trispecific antibody pipelines, and contributed to key regulatory submissions and approvals. His earlier experience spans IQVIA, Quintiles, and Ichnos, where he provided scientific oversight across Phase I–IV trials in immuno-oncology and targeted therapies.
Alongside his industry experience, Dr. Harsha has been deeply engaged in clinical practice. As a Clinical Oncologist and later Senior Consultant at Fortis Hospitals, he has treated a wide range of cancers, bringing a strong patient-first perspective into his research and development work.
He is co-founder and Board Member of Prana Healthcare Enablers, a tech-enabled healthcare platform focused on improving access and continuity of care, particularly for chronic and elderly patients.
His academic foundation includes an MD in Radiation Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, University of Mumbai, and an MBBS from the University of Mumbai. He further strengthened his strategic and business perspective with an MBA from IMD Lausanne. This combination of clinical training and business education enables him to bridge science, strategy, and execution effectively.
